So the last 2 days haven't been to bad. It has been quite easy to not eat a lot especially because it is the weekend and not much is happening. Yesterday we mucked around all day and then went to a friends place in the afternoon so I didn't really eat a lot most of the day. I had a yoghurt, bag of rice crackers and some enchiladas for dinner. i didn't drink or anything last night so thats a whole lotta calories that I would usually have that I didn't. I feel great to, its amazing how eating almost nothing give you a lot of energy, especially when what you do eat is pretty healthy and nothing to heavy. today was definitely a lot easier because I had to work so i didn't have before I left for work, but while I was at work I had a yoghurt and half a tin of tuna. I knew i couldn't eat a lot because we were going to my Mums for dinner and she was cooking a roast and dessert. I had a small amount of chicken and a few veges because i really wanted to eat some dessert. Thankfully it was really sweet and I could barely stomach it so today has been great food wise :)
I am going to start exercising tomorrow, I thought if I start with just walking for a while and see how my foot goes cos' man it is getting sore at the moment. I can't believe they are making me wait till may next year for my surgery what a joke!!! So I will just have to take it easy with the exercise for a while, it shoudn't matter too much at the moment it will just become a problem when I have hit a plateau and the weight stops coming off. But that is not a concern at the moment.
Well things are going great and I am over the 1 week mark, now on to week 2 time to get stricter. We just went shopping and got lots of fruit and I got some soup for dinners. that should be fine for the next week, hopefully the weight keeps coming off the way it is. :)
