Well yesterday was a bit harder, i was quite hungry all day, but I did not give in. I had a yoghurt, a tiny amount of roast veges and a piece of pizza for dinner. i did have a red bull after dinner though but thats alright its just liquid. When I came home I went for a 30 minute walk and man I felt good afterwards. It is so worth exercising :) It is a lot harder to stay focussed when i have got a lot of other things going on but it does make it easy to forget about food I guess. I just don't want to be really unhealthy about this weight loss, I want it to come off and stay off. Not go back on as soon as i fall of the wagon for a few days. Not that its going to happen anytime soon. Oh well off to work now :)
